Procedure for
Lift On/ Lift Off Empty Containers
1. Preparation before arriving at yard
(Online, anytime, anywhere)

Register order via i-SuperApp@LTA
Proactively register for container pick-up/return remotely, no need to come to the yard. -
Wait for order approval (≤ 3 minutes)
System verifies and approves quickly. -
Payment for services via QR Code or Prepaid Fund on the app
Receive instant confirmation after payment.
Preparation time: Proactive, before arriving at the yard
Payment must be completed
45–90 minutes before arriving at the yard (depending on customer type)

2. On-site processing at the yard
(Strictly time-controlled)

Check in at the yard gate with FaceID
Verify correct driver & location, within allowed check-in time. -
Execute container lift/drop-off
Complete operation
Max 30 minutes (return) | Max 20 minutes (pick-up) -
Maximum yard stay 90 minutes
If over 90 minutes, order may be canceled. 2 extensions allowed (each 90 minutes).
On-site time:
Max 30 min (return) / 20 min (pick-up)
Total yard stay must not exceed 90 minutes per visit.
