Potential of the i-Depot SuperApp@LTA Application

6 January, 2025Logistics Technology Application Joint Stock Company (LTA) sincerely announces that the i-Depot SuperApp@LTA application is temporarily NOT DISPLAYED on Play Store for Android devices for a short period of time.
1. Cause of the Issue of NOT DISPLAYING on Play Store
– Change in Play Store policies: Google has recently updated certain policies, which have impacted the account verification process for LTA.
– Account Verification Error: Due to the policy changes, there have been some issues during LTA’s account verification process. As a result, the i-Depot SuperApp@LTA is currently NOT DISPLAYED on Play Store for Android devices.
Currently, the LTA team is working closely with Google to resolve and complete the verification process. While waiting, customers can follow the steps below to re-download the i-Depot SuperApp@LTA. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
2. How to Download i-Depot SupperApp@LTA app
Method 1: Download the App via the LTA Website Link
- Step 1: Uninstall the old version of the i-Depot SuperApp@LTA from your phone.
- Step 2: Access the link:
- Step 3: If you open the link via Zalo, Press & Hold the link.
- Step 4: Choose “Open in browser”
- Step 5: Choose “Download (Tải ứng dụng)”
- Step 6: Choose “Keep downloading (Vẫn tải xuống)”
- Step 7: Choose “[email protected]”
- Step 8: Choose “Install”
- Step 9: Open the app as usual

- Step 1: Uninstall the old version of the i-Depot SuperApp@LTA from your phone
- Step 2: Access the link:
- Step 3: If you open the link via Zalo, press and hold the link
- Step 4: Choose “Open in browser”
- Step 5: Choose “Keep downloading (Vẫn tải xuống)”
- Step 6: Choose “[email protected]”
- Step 7: Choose “Install”
- Step 8: Open the app as usual
